What does SOFTLUX sell?

SOFTLUX provides digital software products and software licences. Product details, supported systems, versions, and licence information are displayed on the relevant product page.

Will I receive a physical product?

No. Our software products are 100% digital. No CD, DVD, USB drive, box, or other physical item will be shipped.

How will I receive my order?

Your licence, download information, or instructions will be delivered electronically, normally using the email address provided during checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Many orders are delivered shortly after payment confirmation. Some orders may require additional processing or verification before digital delivery.

If you have not received your order, check your spam or junk folder before contacting our support team.

I haven't received my licence. What should I do?

Contact us at softlux.soft@gmail.com and include your order number and the email address used when ordering. We will check the delivery status for you.

How do I download my software?

Download and installation information will be supplied with your order where applicable. Follow the provided instructions carefully.

What happens if my licence does not work?

Contact our support team before purchasing another licence. Send us your order number and details or screenshots of the activation error so we can investigate.

If the licence supplied is confirmed to be defective, we will work to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Can I return a digital licence?

Because digital licence information cannot normally be returned once delivered or accessed, change-of-mind refunds may not be available after digital delivery.

Defective or invalid products are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Can I cancel my order?

If your digital product has not yet been delivered, accessed, revealed, or activated, contact us immediately at softlux.soft@gmail.com. We will check whether cancellation is still possible.
