Digital content
Our digital products may include planners, graphic design files or related downloadable artwork. No printed goods are included in digital-only purchases.
Cancellations and change of mind
For eligible UK distance purchases, statutory cancellation rights generally apply for 14 days, subject to the legal conditions. When digital content is supplied during the cancellation period, any loss of cancellation rights requires the necessary advance express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. A digital download does not automatically eliminate statutory rights.
Incorrect, missing or defective content
If the purchased files are missing, damaged, inaccessible, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to legal requirements, please contact us. Remedies may include correcting the problem, replacement, a price reduction or refund as appropriate under law.
Refund and cancellation requests
Email softlux.business@outlook.com with your order number, checkout email and an explanation of your request. We may ask for relevant screenshots or technical details, but never for passwords or full payment card numbers.
