Digital Delivery Information
SOFTLUX digital products are delivered electronically. Digital-only listings do not include physical shirts, printed planners or shipped merchandise.
Before you order
Check the product page for availability, the included file types, any compatibility details, permitted uses and the specific delivery method. A product without an active purchase option is not available to order.
Accessing digital files
Where a purchasable item uses Shopify Digital Products, a delivery link may be provided via email and, where configured, on the Thank You or Order Status page after payment. Other delivery arrangements will be described on the relevant product page and in the order information. We describe an item as an instant download only when that delivery method is configured.
Need assistance?
Check the order confirmation and your spam/junk folder. For a missing or faulty file, contact softlux.business@outlook.com with your order number and checkout email. Please see Refunds and Cancellations for remedies.
No physical shipping
Digital-only purchases have no parcel, tracking number or physical shipping charges. Read our Delivery Policy.
