Digital Delivery and Shipping Policy

Digital-only products
SOFTLUX sells digital artwork and planning resources. A digital-only order contains electronic content and no physical shirt, printed planner or other shipped merchandise.
Delivery after purchase
The delivery method for each available product is described in its listing and order confirmation. When automatic delivery is configured, a digital service may send download access after payment. We do not promise immediate delivery for items unless the listing states that an active automated method is available.
Shipping and tracking
Digital-only products do not require parcels, physical shipping charges or tracking numbers.
Problems with access
If paid content is missing or inaccessible, please contact softlux.business@outlook.com with your order number. Our Refund Policy and mandatory rights determine the appropriate remedy.
